For all types of clients and events, the first step is to please use the contact form to describe what sort of service you’re looking for, whether it be regular delivery service or a small dinner party.
Grocery shopping is a flat rate, as is bone broth, and can be scheduled via email alone.
Of course, your first questions when it comes to any service, event or personal cheffing, will likely be ‘How much is it’ and ‘What do I get for that cost’?
For event clients, typically the first details can all be hashed out on email or a phone call, and is an opportunity to outline your expectations, wishes, number of guests, type of venue and any theme.
For regular service requests, though, I can best propose a service plan after thoughtfully reviewing responses to an extensive questionnaire, addressing allergies and food preferences. Once we’ve touched base, I will email it to you.

Personal Cheffing/ Custom Menu clients, upon reviewing your questionnaire, I can customize a food plan for you and propose it via email as an option, with rate included. We will confirm the number of meals and servings you will prefer and also clarify weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery. We will set up your commitment-free trial service date.
Should you choose to move forward after that, we will then schedule the first of regular cook dates, and a basic service agreement will need to be signed at that time.
Payment can be made by check at the time of delivery, or ahead of time via Paypal (a 3% service charge will apply). I regularly invoice clients weekly though PayPal.
Catering/Event Clients, I will create a menu for your event, with the understanding that there is a $100 fee associated with this part of the process. Should you move forward with FFTB catering your event, this cost will be deducted from your final invoice. Of course, should you choose to go with a different caterer or something otherwise changes after this step, you will be invoiced for this cost. Following your menu approval I will send out a basic service agreement (either via Google Docs or US Mail) which will need to be signed and sent back. A 50% deposit is required to hold your event date — a check is fine, invoicing is through PayPal and handling the deposit there is OK too.
